Production
Welder Fabricators
As a welding fabricator, you will be responsible for joining metal using a variety of techniques, often to form new structures. Duties may include cutting and welding materials according to technical plans created by our technical team.
- Carrying out gas metal arc welding (GMAW), to manufacture items and components
- Cutting materials into the required shapes, checking dimensions and thicknesses
- Welding or joining metal and other materials into a wide range of structures
- Following engineering plans, drawings and instructions
- Using computer programmes to design structures
- Operating tools and machinery and welding equipment
- Inspecting and testing welds with precision measuring instruments
- Dismantling metal structures
- Cleaning tools, equipment and work areas
- Wearing safety clothing and using protective equipment
- Working on a construction site or in a workshop.
Spray Booth
Role & Responsibilities
- Preparing steel by removing rust and other loose materials using acid or a wire brush
- Applying masking tape and coverings over areas that are not being sprayed
- Selecting and mixing the required coating liquids
- Selecting and attaching the correct spray nozzle to create the desired spray pattern
- Spraying machines, products, and wall areas using industry techniques
- Spraying designs using stencils, if required
- Cleaning spray cans, nozzles, and other spraying equipment after each spray job
- Inspecting and assessing spray coatings after the paint has dried
Spray Painter Requirements
- GCSE Min Requirement or equivalent
- Experience working as a spray painter is an advantage
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Knowledge of paint mixing and spraying techniques
- Ability to see subtle colour differences
- Experience with breathing masks and protective clothing
- Ability to work with acid / harsh chemicals
- Ability to stand for long periods

Customer Service Manager

Role & Responsibilities
- Manage all customer care inquiries that come into the business
- Allocation of works for Engineers
- Using RAM Assist to create job cards
- Confirm appointments to client 3 days before
- Escalate to CM/SD/MD where applicable any complaints
- Liaise with projects to understand upcoming projects and plan resource
- Work from reception to assist visitors on site.
- Follow-up all customers with CS Surveys
- Books all accommodation and stay aways for engineers
- Coordinates with Inventory & Purchase Clerk for items required
- Raises quotations for works required in conjunction with CM
Implementation Specialist
Reports to Head of Projects
Role & Responsibilities
- Contacting clients to discuss new project
- Understand project live dates and convey to PM
- Share project dates with Inventory & Purchasing
- Delivery smaller projects with PM support
- Escalate any issues to PM
- Contact clients 3 days prior to being on site

Role & Responsibilities
- Attend site as instructed
- Inspect and report any additional works required
- Gain clients sign off on works completed
- Complete paperwork with client and gain signature
- Installation and calibration of brake testers
- Training of staff to required levels to work machinery
