An In-ground Heavy Duty Lift is designed to raise and support heavy vehicles such as trucks, buses, and heavy-duty construction equipment.
The lift is installed into the ground, with only the lifting platform and the control system visible above the surface. This allows for a low profile and easy access to the underside of the vehicle.
WIRELESS REMOTE CONTROL
The inground lift is operated using a wireless remote control, making it fully automated and easy to use. The operator can move around the vehicle freely while using the remote, allowing for quick inspections of the lifting points. The remote also allows the operator to individually adjust and raise each column to ensure proper positioning.
The lift can be controlled using the control panel, which allows the operator to see the entire vehicle while it is being lifted. The panel’s screen provides information about the lift’s operation, the position of the columns, and any safety or maintenance updates and allows the operator to move freely while ensuring maximum safety.
TOTAL FLEXIBILITY
Its flexible design allows lifts with three or more columns to be divided into groups and used as separate lifts, providing the freedom to work on a steady stream of different vehicles. This will allow your team to work side by side on different tasks safely and without restrictions.
Designed to meet both your current and future needs, the inground lift can be tailored to include up to eight lifting columns, each with a capacity of 15 tons. The columns can be movable or with one fixed column and the minimum distance between the columns can be as short as 1300mm, the standard being 2100mm.
ERGONOMICS & EFFICIENCY
The ability to adjust the height for any task allows mechanics to perform repair work in comfortable positions, reducing the risk of work-related injuries. This allows for a more comprehensive inspection, better quality repairs and increasing the overall efficiency of the workshop.
OPTIMUM USE OF SPACE
Equipped with a durable rolling cover that creates a level floor to maximise the use of space in the workshop allowing for additional tasks to be performed in the area. The rolling cover is made of non-slip aluminum, has a capacity of 7 tons, and stays level with the floor throughout the full length of the pit, regardless of the position of the crossbeams. The rolling cover automatically moves with the column movement, eliminating the need for manual handling of cover plates.
AUTOMATIC POSITIONING
The inground lift’s automatic positioning feature allows you to quickly and easily lift a vehicle by simply selecting it on the touch screen. The columns will automatically align with the lifting points, saving you valuable time and reducing the strain on your mechanics. The system also allows you to save an unlimited number of vehicles in the system, including information like number plate, make and model, and axle distance, making the lifting process even more efficient, particularly for workshops with defined vehicle fleets.
