The Vamag RBT/MSC is the first LoadSim (LiftBed) roller brake tester to be approved by DVSA for carrying out a meaningful brake test in the UK.
The roller brake tester is fitted with 4 hydraulic cylinders per side to allow an even vertical lifting of the axle, ensuring no damage to the vehicle. The lifting device is fitted with an audible alarm and specialist nylon runners to maximise the lifecycle of the product. Vamag RBT brake testers use the latest technology available, ensuring the latest DVSA software is incorporated into every brake tester – inclusive of the latest 2025 ATF requirements. When entering the DTP number, the brake tester software automatically calculates the 65% DAW to tell the operator at which point they have reached 65% and to continue the test when rising the axle.
